Using PropertyCloud
To report a repair through PropertyCloud, start by logging into your account. Once you're in, navigate to the Maintenance section. Here, you'll find the option to report a repair through Fixflo.
You'll need to provide a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing. Attach any relevant photos to help us understand the problem better. After filling out the required information, submit your request. You can then track the status of your repair directly through the online systems. The great part is - you will not have to fill your property details, as these will automatically pull through!
Reporting Repairs on Our Website via Fixflo
If you're using our website, the process is straightforward. Start by clicking the report a reapir button located at the top of our homepage or in the menu if you are on mobile.
You’ll be asked to choose the category that best fits your issue, such as plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance. Provide a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, upload any relevant photos to help our team assess the situation more accurately.
After completing these details, submit your repair request. You’ll receive updates and can track the progress directly within Fixflo.

the numbers below. These contractors are outlined by the region you’re in.
If there is a HomeCare agreement in place for your property, please contact them in the
